Position Description:

Beauty Consultants will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Associate will also be responsible for cashier, display arrangements and inventory management duties.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Opening and Closing Procedures
  • General Cash Handling Duties
  • Inventory Management
  • Product Placement and Pricing
  • Customer Transactions
  • Product Knowledge

Necessary Work Experience:

  • Cash Handling/Transactions Reconciliation
  • Customer Service
  • Retail Sales

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Have impeccable customer service skills
  • Be willing to learn and open to feedback

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years retail experience

Starting Salary:

Starting salary for this position is $10/hour or more based on experience
Average work hours are 37 - 45 hours per week
